MN law requires you to take a class offered by BCA Certified Instructor. It is not hard and there isn't a test. This class will teach you the laws regarding owning and using a firearm in self-defense. I hold classes once a month in this area and offer Private and Group classes. I offer support after the class and can help you improve your firearms handling skills if that is what you are looking for. My class fee includes everything (Range-Class Room Fees) which is $85.00 Period.
