Just moved back to MPLS. last week of September xxxx after being gone for 5 years in the southwest. Looking to get my old mobile business back up and running here. Working on step van, getting licensed and making new customers fast for the insurance on the van. I dont need to carry every tool with me to do a brake job, replace struts or do a head gasket, so I carry those tools in a tote until the step van is ready which might be awhile since the brakes are bad and have to locate parts for the old beast. I come to your house dressed in a uniform and looking professional unlike the competition that does this under the table.
I am looking for customers with a garage or access to a garage for your repairs since winter is setting in now. Maybe you need minor home maintenance and interior painting this winter.....I also do this to fill my down time when I dont have customers. I am not a pro painter but I do a pretty good job and have never had a complaint because a painter taught me.
I dont get into construction work but you can discuss with me what you have planned and I can talk to my buddy Rich who has a licensed business here to see if he wants the job.
Maybe youre a shop owner with an open bay to rent?? I have a need on occasion for a hoist to help my regular customers. I have been in this business 28 years and have quit over 100 shops because of how they have a lack of training and mistreat customers by selling them more parts for their vehicle than was needed. I BUY PARTS AT WHOLESALE COST AND MARK THEM UP LESS THAN ALL THE LOCAL SHOPS. SO YOU CAN AFFORD NEW PARTS TO MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLE THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. DON'T BUY PARTS BEFORE YOU CONTACT ME BECAUSE I DON'T INSTALL YOUR PARTS. THE REASON WHY IS BECAUSE, WHAT IF YOU HAVE A DEFECTIVE PART? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A TECHNICIAN TO REMOVE IT SO YOU CAN BRING IT BACK OR RETURN IT TOO THE INTERNET SITE YOU BOUGHT IT FROM. THIS RISK IS WHERE YOU LEARN THAT YOU CAN'T GET A REPLACEMENT PART UNTIL YOU PAY FOR A NEW ONE AND THEY SEND THAT DEFECTIVE PART BACK TO THE FACTORY FOR AN INSPECTION. IF THE PART IS GOOD AND YOUR MECHANIC WAS WRONG, THEN YOU'RE PAYING THREE TIMES FOR YOUR HEADACHE. BUYING LOCALLY GIVES YOU AND I BOTH A WARRANTY ON THAT PART AND LABOR.
It costs alot of money to run a business AND I WANT GOOD CUSTOMERS WHO UNDERSTAND THIS AS WELL AS UNDERSTAND THAT I NEED THE PARTS PROFIT TO KEEP MYSELF GOING. I WILL SAY THIS HEAR AND NOW...IF YOU THINK THAT WHAT I SAID WAS CRAZY, THEN MAYBE ITS BEST WE NOT DO BUSINESS TOGETHER. BUT I ASSURE YOU THAT IF THAT IS YOUR CHOICE TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE, YOU'RE THE CUSTOMER LOSING OUT.
I get emails and calls everyday from someone who has passed my card to another person because I treat them the way they should be treated with honesty and professional services.
THERE IS 20 MILLIONS CARS ON THE ROAD, THERE IS NO NEED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF IN THIS BUSINESS.
BUT I must ask that you should expect to pay me a small fee based on the distance from xxxx4 because fuel is expensive and you and I both want to see that the place that told you that you had a bad part was correct because I don't like installing parts for customers vehicles I have not seen. Please understand that getting a second opinion is a good idea on every auto repair. If you don't you're risking getting ripped off here in Minnesota because the State Attorney General does not want to investigate claims here under $30,000.00 because of all the illegals here operating businesses under the wire.
