Space in double room beginning July 1 in Duluth, Minnesota For Sale

I am about to graduate from UMD and leaving my spot in a double room. The house was remodeled this past year so it is not the typical UMD garbage with the pee marks all over the bathroom and messed up doors. There are 3 other male roommates who are all very handsome and well-read. It is a "cozy" place or tiny if you want to be a pessimist, but it has a huge backyard and it is really clean and pleasant inside. If you are interested in checking the room, write me a message. The roommates are pretty typical University of Minnesota-Duluth students, they like to have fun on the weekends and they don't attend class often. They have no criminal records that I know of and they are not particularly creepy. They are all decent guys and I have lived with them for years, so if you are interested you should come by and meet my roommates. Oh yeah, the guy I share a room with has a girlfriend that lives in downtown, so I have a single about half the time.
