I am seeking a roommate for Aug xxxx. It is a three bedroom, 2 bath condo unit in Duluth, MN, and it even has its own balcony. :) It is undergoing renovations at the moment so all appliances and decor will be brand new. It's a beautiful place, and the building even has laundry and parking spaces(but you have to pay a little bit for parking), not to mention incredible views. Email me for further info.
