Hello! We have a PRIVATE and beautiful room available in our Duluth house. The room is open for move-in starting today. We prefer a responsible and organized female housemate. Our home is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood near St. Scholastica. There is a lot of street parking available, and we also have plenty of storage in the garage if you happen to need the space. Our home also includes a washer and dryer. The common areas of the house are fully and beautifully furnished; all you would have to bring is the furniture for your bedroom. A LITTLE ABOUT US- We are a really nice and relaxed group of housemates. We are sociable, but definitely know when to give you space and respect your privacy. This is a young, but very responsible and focused group (the oldest housemate is a 23-year-old grad student while the others are undergraduate students). So if you'd like a HOME where you can have fun with your housemates, but also enjoy a space where you can relax or study... then we invite you to check out our home. LOCATION-We are about 6 miles from the St. Scholastica Campus (roughly a 10-minute drive)... Very close to shopping and parks. There is also a nice jogging path close by. Utilities average about $40 per month. LENGTH OF STAY- We can negotiate a month-to-month rental agreement or a medium to long-term lease. We could definitely do some sort of trial period like having a month-to-month at first, then sign a longer lease if we all like the living situation.
