We have one newly beautiful painted room for rent. The room is located in the basement with a new painted full bathroom. My girlfriend, sister and I with our three cats all live upstairs and we don't have any use for the basement other than using the laundry room. We are all in our mid 20's but we are low key. We also have a female renter renting out the other room in the basement. Renters will be able to use the living room in the basement as well. This includes a fireplace. We have a split entry house so the basement will have it's own door for privacy. You will have parking space in driveway. Rent includes wireless internet and utilities. We are looking for female renters only. Bathroom will be shared.
