We just got a 4 bedroom house right by UW-Superior. Currently, the rooming situation is as follows, me (a female student) and two of my guy roommates (also students). We are looking for a fourth person to rent out the other bedroom. It is a two story house with tons of space. We are studious during the weekdays but have fun and party on the weekends. The community has two sweet pools, a nicely equipped gym, and basketball and tennis courts. Another option we are willing to consider is having two people rent the Master Bedroom. It has its own bathroom, shower, and walk-in closet with great amounts of space. Basically room is huge. We are open to either a male or a female, but we want someone that is laid-back and respectful. If this sounds interesting write me an email. Lease is 12 months from June-June.
