I'm a 30 yo professional type, looking to move to a central location in Duluth, anywhere from West Duluth to Piedmont to Congdon. I'm looking for a roommate to cut down on costs and save money for a down payment on a house sometime soon. I've got furnishings for a house, so contact me if you're interested in finding a place together. Or, if you've got a room for rent, that might work too! I have a 5-year old 35-lb corgi/basset hound mix. He's well-trained and friendly. He is probably best as an only-dog, but I would consider living with another dog if it were the right circumstances. About me: I love travelling & exploring, baking, cooking (mostly vegetarian), running, hiking, knitting, reading being creative, paddling, skiing, yoga. I work in the environmental field. I am pretty quiet and go to bed around 10:30, up around 6:30 most days. I like to keep the house clean and share chores. :)
