My name is Julie and I'm looking for a responsible roommate to share my house located in Eagan. I'm a bit of a homebody and I'm looking someone who is quiet like me. You need to have a job outside the home or be a student with verifiable income. You also need to keep your living area clean and pick up after yourself. That being said I am very laid back.
More about the place, the house is located 10 min away from MOA, Burnsville Center, the Science Museum, 15 mins to the airport. Target and Cub are 2 mins away. The rent is $750/month for the space. This includes:
- electric/gas
- water
- garbage
- internet
My past roommates have used the master bedroom as a living room and the smaller bedroom as a bedroom.
There is also one space in the garage available to park your car.
I am looking for only one roommate but would consider a couple with the qualification that the monthly rent would be $900. I have a finished basement space that can be used for extra storage or living space. All these spaces are unfurnished. The kitchen is shared. There is also a washer/dryer in the basement.
I would prefer at least a 9 month lease that can then go monthly after. The security deposit is $100 for the key. NO PETS. Outside smoking okay.
